I read that this scheme is only available to those who cannot use public transport.  So I assumed, given I can take my daughter on the buses, that she/we would not be eligible.  But we can't take the tube or overground trains, because most stations are not wheelchair accessible.  Does anyone know the answer to this?  I guess we should apply and find out?
